Today is a very exciting day. Today is the day that the Stampin' Up! Spring Summer Catalogue is launched. It's also the first day of Sale-A-Bration and this means you can get gorgeous crafty stuff FREE! If you saw and hopped along with the blog hop on Saturday you will have fallen in love with what you can get with every £45 you spend (yes...that means if you spend £90 you can pick two items!)
Keeping with the theme from my last post I again used the Another Thank You stamp set and this time used the Best Year Ever DSP pack from the SAB catalogue. This pack of papers is so bright and happy its making me look forward to summer already! I think these papers would look gorgeous used as scrapbook pages and I'm looking forward to using them for some of my holiday pictures this year!
I also have used one of my favourite items from the Spring Summer Catalogue - the Bow Builder Punch! It makes the most adorable bows without any of the fiddly cutting out, just two punches of paper and you have all the parts to make the bow.
The colours in the papers are Calypso Coral, Coastal Cabana, Crushed Curry, Sahara Sand, Soft Suede and Whisper White. In this card I wanted to highlight the Costal Cabana in the background paper so stamped the sentiment, inked the paper edges and mounted it on Coastal Cabana. Then I just added two bows made from another piece of the Best Year Ever DSP
I love this card, and its definitely getting me in the mood for summer! I'm looking forward to sharing even more of the heavenly product available in the new spring Summer Catalogue over the next few weeks. If like me you have fallen in love with items you can get free or even those available in the catalogue, why not host a party? During SAB you can earn £20 extra hostess credit on eligible party totals and you get your free items for every £45 spent too! Take a look at the table below to see how the rewards work.
Remember there is no need to have loads of crafty friends to host a party, you can have have a party of two or twenty and even absolute beginners who insist they can't make anything can join in and have a try. Maybe they may even discover that they too can create something beautiful when they have the right tools!
Happy Sale-A-Bration everybody, lets get creating!
Amy x
