Here we are the final day of my Convention roundup! Awards night is an evening of recognition, when all the demonstrators get together and get dressed up to celebrate the achievements of all the European Demonstrators. Everyone who has achieved a major milestone gets to go up on stage to be applauded by all the other demos. The group which I am a member of, the Pinkies is a very large group of demonstrators and there were about 80 of us at convention. There were Pinkies being celebrated in almost every category and it was so inspirational watching my team members go up and be rewarded for their hard work. The top achievers in Sales and Recruiting in the UK were Pinkies and we had to celebrate that! So after stuffing ourselves on the dessert bar and having a bit of a dance we made our way to get some cocktails! Here I am with my wonderful Upline Katy on our way Via the Manneken Pis to the bar.
We even managed to make friends with the bartender and get table service and drinks off menu!
Saturday morning came far too quickly and we made our way back to the convention centre for an early start. We once again were given loads of great ideas and tips on how to grow our business and how to get more creative in our own crafting.
At Lunch we made another great crafty item. Its a little card or mini book holder. I think this is a great idea for birthday or even christmas gifts! The mini book is made from envelopes and so its really easy to put a gift card or some money into it as part of the present!
I really enjoyed my weekend at convention, we were blessed with gorgeous weather and the people I met were absolutely incredible. I have made loads of new friends and come away with loads of ideas for the next few months! If you want to get involved in Convention next year, or come to any of the other events that are held across the year please get in touch and join my team! Even if you are not interested in running a business the discount alone means if you are thinking of spending more than £99 it's well worth it!
I will leave you with a picture of all my lovely free things from the weekend. I'm looking forward to sharing a wealth of new creations thanks to these beauties!
